After four years in production in the UK and US, shooting around thirty interviews, and an agonising eight months in post, Rom Boys is finished about to start the international film festival circuit. With an original score by NY based film composer Fernando Martinez and sound mix by action and adventure sports master mixer Will Berridge it's really turned into something quite special. There's never been a UK feature length documentary looking at the sub-culture of BMX and Skateboarding in the UK and so far that's what distributors are loving about the film, and with skateboarding making its debut at the Tokyo Olympics, the timing couldn't be better.
